The Golf CL is the ultimate platform for an engine swap. The leight weight, cheap insurance, and modern electrical system make it the swappers' choice of base chassis. As JSP tends to make their own path, we decided to swap in a 160hp G60 motor instead of the often-done VR6 conversion. The advantage is better fuel economy, nearly the same power, while being lighter on the wallet. While a shop project, this car will be for sale as soon as it is completed!
